Phase 1

Understanding your organization's vision and culture

Before we begin a project, we take the time to learn about your organization and your vibe, so we can place the right people and implement the best methods aligned with your organizational culture and readiness. We invite team members to reconnect with the calling that first brought them to your organization and then map the constellation of inspirations. From here, we hone in on articulating your organization’s unified aim and guiding principles.

Phase 2

Developing a custom strategy and curating a specialized team

Consultants on our team are matched to each project based on how their strengths align with your needs. Together, we develop the right blend of strategies to help you accomplish your vision by getting clear about where you are today, where you are heading, and regular feasibility checks to ensure the course you chart is attainable.

Phase 3

Learning from your staff and listening to your community

By turning inward and outward, we actively listen to the experiences and aspirations of your team and the people you serve. We understand the importance of perspective and bringing the right people into the project space at the right time, allowing the voices you value to have an impact on evolving your objectives.

Phase 4

Goal-setting and creating a plan for the future

Using human-centered design techniques, we lead your team in revealing where opportunity exists and how to prioritize; Alignment and cross-pollination are always top-of-mind. Your goals and objectives will be targeted, efficient, and actionable, paired with implementation strategies that build year upon year. 

Phase 5

Giving your team the tools to stay on course

A clear understanding of your organization’s strengths and areas for growth will guide you for the work ahead. We help your team in taking inventory of operational resources and mapping communication pathways. Then, we provide customized templates, recommend structures, and facilitation support so your team feels confident leading new initiatives as they take form.
